DAVID LEVINE

David Levine received his B.S. (2009) from California State University Northridge with Majors in Finance and Business Administration, and his J.D. (2012) from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, with a specialization in Environmental Law, Land Use, and Real Estate. He is admitted to practice law in all courts of the State of California.
Mr. Levine represents clients in real estate, business, and commercial litigation, including matters involving contracts, landlord-tenant disputes, ownership and partnership conflicts, secured transactions, and other property-related claims. He also has experience in corporate and real estate transactional matters.
Before returning to private practice, Mr. Levine spent more than a decade as an executive with a private commercial real estate investment firm, participating in investment offerings involving more than $4.5 billion in total transaction volume. His experience included acquisitions, dispositions, financing, securities offerings, investor relations, due diligence, asset management, and corporate operations. This practical business background allows him to approach legal matters with an understanding of the legal, operational, and financial considerations affecting his clients.
