Mark F. Miller received his Juris Doctor in May 1985 from the University of Southern California Law Center. Mr. Miller is a graduate of George Washington University with a B.A. degree in political science and a minor in economics.

Mr. Miller joined the firm in 1993 after serving as associate general counsel of Dale Poe Development Corporation and gained considerable experience in real estate, business and insurance litigation, real estate development, construction and management, and insurance coverage matters. Mr. Miller is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of New York (inactive) and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court Central District. He has appeared before Courts of Appeal of the State of California. Mark is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
