Sam C. Manfredi received his B.S. degree in business-real estate-finance from California State University Northridge in 1976. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne in 1980.

Upon graduation, he became one of the founding partners of Manfredi, Levine, Eccles, Miller & Lanson, APC. Mr. Manfredi has devoted a substantial portion of his professional career to all matters relating to real estate. He has been a licensed real estate broker for over 40 years and has owned his own real estate brokerage company. In addition to teaching continuing education for real estate licensees, Mr. Manfredi is a popular real estate lecturer in Southern California. Mr. Manfredi is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the bars of the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California.
